In case you didn't get enough stupid slang when Becky was "a gig" and "roadside," now April heads off to her new school where everyone's talking like rappers from three years ago. So hip! So fresh! So ... roadside!

As someone said in the comments, the new letters from the Patterson family are up. Liz's letter is about the only one worth commenting on, and she claims she's "dealing with the assault" in her own way. Howard may be going to jail, she says, because he's done this before. And Liz went to a counselor! Who told her to flee, flee back to Mtigiiwhatsit and "get some perspective." She also won't talk about the Anthony thing, saying "I'm dealing with that, too."

Elly at least seems shocked, and she reports that Howard had made nasty remarks about Lawrence (and Nick, who I guess is his work and life partner?) being gay. But of course, he couldn't fire him. (Why the heck not? Oh, OK, I guess he "allegedly" said the things. But still!)
